IVR Surveys

IVR surveys allow respondents to call a free telephone number and conduct a survey prompted by a pre-recorded voice prompt. The respondent simply keys in their answer using a touch-tone telephone or has their verbal response recorded.

Such automated surveys can be run 24/7 enabling respondents to participate in the survey at their convenience.

Clients can access live reporting via a password-protected website.

Cost Structure: A set up fee; monthly running charge and a per-call cost. Costs are subject complexity of survey. Set-up costs range usually from £700 - £1250 + VAT, with running costs usually ranging between £300 - £600 per month. The per call charge is usually £0.08-£0.09 + VAT for an 0800 number.

Examples of IVR Survey usage include product and service feedback for retailers, who publish a freephone telephone number on till receipts for customers to call. Other uses include the ability for callers to be transferred from a live call to an IVR survey to record their satisfaction with the customer service call they have just completed.
