Our telephone research
experience
Our experience in conducting telephone surveys spans a wide
range of sectors – one of the consequences of being
a trade supplier to an increasing number of full market research
agencies worldwide.
Customer Satisfaction surveys range from
tracking of resident satisfaction for housing associations,
through to international business satisfaction with current
suppliers. For multi-wave advertising tracking,
we have worked within health, environment and travel. Marketing
Intelligence exercises have included a substantial
body of work within the industrial sector, as well as in technology,
corporate management, food & drink, and finance. We have
conducted thousands of readership surveys
for national newspapers and magazines; conducted a myriad
of innovative mystery shopping exercises
in the UK and Europe, surveyed academic
institutions throughout the world, and our front-line
expertise in social research has recently
resulted in a substantial on-going contract conducting thousands
of depth interviews with households throughout Europe, on
behalf of an overseas medical research organisation. We were
competing with 8 other companies in Europe.
We have recruited panel members throughout
the USA on behalf of a world famous beverage company, and
focus group participants for local authorities
and examination boards in the UK.
In short, our market research interviewers have the skills
and experience to handle most telephone research projects.
